Plans Overview
Section titled “Plans Overview”RelayPost offers tiered pricing based on monthly email volume. Self-serve plans (Starter and Pro) can be activated directly from the dashboard. Enterprise plans are custom-assigned by our team.

Self-Serve Plans
Section titled “Self-Serve Plans”Every new organization starts on the Free plan. Includes 100 emails per month with 30-day data retention. No overage sending — emails are blocked when the limit is reached.
Starter $5/mo
Section titled “Starter ”10,000 emails per month with 60-day data retention. Overage sending is enabled at $1.50 per 1,000 emails beyond the limit.
To upgrade: Go to Billing in the dashboard and click Upgrade to Starter.
Pro $25/mo
Section titled “Pro ”100,000 emails per month with 180-day data retention. Overage sending at $0.80 per 1,000 emails.
To upgrade: Go to Billing in the dashboard and click Upgrade to Pro.
Enterprise Plans
Section titled “Enterprise Plans”Enterprise plans are tailored to your sending volume and requirements. They are not available for self-serve checkout.
To get started with an enterprise plan, reach out to our team through the dashboard or at sales@relaypost.dev.
Managing Your Subscription
Section titled “Managing Your Subscription”Upgrade or Downgrade
Section titled “Upgrade or Downgrade”For self-serve plans, go to Billing in the dashboard. You’ll see available upgrade options with a one-click checkout flow powered by Stripe.
Billing Portal
Section titled “Billing Portal”Click Open Billing Portal on the Billing page to:
- Update payment methods
- View and download invoices
- Cancel or modify your subscription
Enterprise Plan Assignment
Section titled “Enterprise Plan Assignment”Enterprise plans are assigned by the RelayPost team. Once assigned, your Billing page will automatically reflect the new plan name, limits, and pricing. No action is needed on your end.
Overage Billing
Section titled “Overage Billing”When overage is enabled on your plan, emails sent beyond your monthly limit are billed automatically via Stripe metered billing. Overage charges appear on your next invoice.
- Overage is reported in individual email units
- Charges are calculated at your plan’s overage rate per 1,000 emails
- The Free plan does not support overage — sends are blocked at the limit
Billing Period
Section titled “Billing Period”All plans use calendar month billing periods (1st to 1st). Usage resets at the start of each month at 00:00 UTC.
